CONEXTRU provides product lines across two core component areas:
Extruders
The offered Product line includes extruders in sizes 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 mm with L/D rations of 30D, 37D and 40D, covering an output range from 5kg/h for colour stripes, adhesives or barriers and up to 1800 kg/h for PE100 or PP-H.
Pipe heads
CONEXTRU provides pipe heads ranging from 5 mm to 1600 mm in mono- and muli-layer versions as coating- or conventional heads. Given that helical and radial spiral designes are the most advanced meld distribution systems, all CONEXTRU pipe heads are based on this technology. Air cooling, a technology shaped by Doprowsky, is used for pipe and head cooling with separate circuits.
